Virginia Willms, 38, is a sales consultant with AMJ Campbell Van Lines, North Bay, an agent for Atlas Van Lines, Canada. She studied at Canadore College before finding her perfect job with AMJ Campbell. A "people person," she is one of the top sales performers with Atlas Van Lines.

Q: What is your greatest accomplishment?
A: With my 100 per cent commitment to quality, dedication and determination, I have received many corporate awards with AMJ Campbell/Atlas Van Lines Canada. Since starting sales in 2002, each year I have ranked in the top five per cent in sales among 180 Atlas Van Lines Canada salespeople. My recent awards include 2008 Top Rated Salesperson in Canada for AMJ Campbell Van Lines (medium branch); 2008 Highest Quality Rating Achievement for AMJ Campbell Van Lines with a 90 per cent rating from my clients. In 2008, (I became) a million-dollar sales club winner...outselling moving consultants in much larger markets.

Q: Who is your most valued mentor?
A: My mentors are my husband, Dave (manager with AMJ Campbell Van Lines), and my daughter, Courtney.

Q: What do you love most about North Bay
      and area ?
A: Everything. I was born and raised here. North Bay is #1. It's a great, friendly environment and has all of the amenities and more. North Bay is a safe place to live, work and raise a family.

Q: What else would you like to accomplish?
A: I'd like to continue to be a top achiever with AMJ Campbell/Atlas Van Lines, and to continue to promote professional standards within the moving industry. (I want) to go beyond the call of duty to ensure my clients receive their best move by going that extra mile.
