Kyle Selle, 33, has a background in broadcasting, and is the owner Sellebration Productions, a multimedia production facility, and co-owner of OneStopWeddings.ca. This website provides information for engaged couples in North Bay, and there are plans to expand the service to other markets.

Q: What is your greatest accomplishment?
A: "...Being able to open my own business and cater to many different needs of clients. I was able to diversify my skills and incorporate them into a multi-production facility; therefore, creating a one-stop shop for small businesses.

Q: Who is your most valued mentor?
A: Our mayor Vic Fedeli. He has always been there to support any idea that I have had. His background in marketing became an inspiration since our One Stop brand took off in June 2009. Without his guidance, support and friendship, I honestly don't think I would have had the drive to succeed. He is a fantastic person and mentor.

Q: What do you love most about North Bay
      and area ?
A: North Bay is one of those cities that takes the best of everywhere else and puts it into one city. No traffic jams, friendly people, and a community that supports small business and young business owners. North Bay is a place I am glad to call home.

Q: What else would you like to accomplish?
A: I'd like to establish a funding farm for small businesses. This would be where the One Stop brand could step in and buy into people's ideas and help bring their ideas to fruition. Another business we are working is launching One Stop Construction across Canada as a one-stop shop for anyone needing anything that deals with building a house.
