Q: What
is your greatest accomplishment?
A: My greatest accomplishment is
becoming partner at 31. I set a longterm
goal of becoming partner with the
firm by the age of 30. I was 31 on my
first day of being a partner at Kendall,
Sinclair and Partners...I only missed
(my objective) by 17 days.
Q: Who is your most valued mentor?
A: My father taught me the value of
hard work. My mother taught me the
importance of keeping close to your
family. And finally, my father-in-law,
whom I have worked with at Kendall,
Sinclair, has taught me the values of
honesty and integrity.
Q: What do you love most about North Bay
and area ?
A: North Bay is big enough to be a
city, yet small enough to feel quaint,
comfortable and friendly. North Bay is
the perfect environment to achieve a
good work/life balance.
Q: What else would you like to
accomplish?
A: As partner in charge of human
resources, I want to ensure staff
continue to be treated fairly and are
supplied with a safe and enjoyable
work environment. A great part of
our firm's success is due to the
employees.
