Andrew Staniforth, 35, is employed by RBC Royal Bank as the regional
sales manager, business markets (north central area). He attended both
Ryerson University and Algonquin College. He coaches minor sports, and

General Hospital Foundation board.
Q: What
is your greatest accomplishment?
A: Professionally, my greatest
accomplishment is having the
respect of my team and peers
within the bank, and people outside
the bank. Personally, my greatest
accomplishment is my family, my wife,
Kathleen, and our new son, Carter.
Q: Who is your most valued mentor?
A: My father worked at RBC Royal
Bank for more than 40 years. I have
been able to work closely with my
father on many levels. The way he
would serve clients and participate
in the community is something I was
able to learn from by observing him
in action.
Q: What do you love most about North Bay
and area ?
A: The people in the community. I
am not from this area, yet people
have welcomed my family with
open arms. Both professionally and
personally, being able to blend into
a strong-rooted community and
being seen as one of their own is a
tremendous feeling.
Q: What else would you like to
accomplish?
A: I want to continue to improve as an
individual in both my professional
and personal life. I hope to work
with other strong individuals in
North Bay to continue to make
a change in creating a better
community to live in. As well, within
the RBC Royal Bank network, I
plan to continue to create stronger
relationships with clients to help
them achieve their goals.
