Trevor Leclair (BA,CFP), a financial planner with The Co-operators, is a top agent. Inspired by his father's example, he began his career with the company when he was 18. In 2002, he grew the Chelmsford office to elite club status, and last year took over a second Co-operators office in Val Caron. Married with three children, he enjoys participating in, and sponsoring local events and sports teams.

A: Freedom: personal time and financial.

A: Warren Buffett: For one of the richest people in the world, he is very humble. I would like to learn his philosophy.

A: The different seasons and the activities that are associated with them.

Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
A: An NHL hockey player.

Q: What makes you happy?
A: Spending time with my wife and kids. Watching my staff succeed and being proud of the work they are doing.
