Q: What motivates you?
A: It's encouraging to be around friends and neighbours who are truly selfless individuals, working hard to run community groups or representing those without a strong voice.
Q: If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be?
A: David Ogilvy. He was a fascinating person and a pioneer in advertising.
Q: What do you enjoy about living in Northern Ontario?
A: There's no better place for a junior to build executive-level experience. Northern cities offer youth a tremendous amount of development and growth opportunities. Over the last decade, it's blossomed into an incubation hub for creativity. Plus, I enjoy not paying $30 a day for parking.
Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
A: An airport or airline manager. I was fascinated with anything that had to do with an airport. I loved the idea of an international airport and all the drama and logistics involved. I appreciated that each airport was a microcosm of the country and culture it represented.
Q: What makes you happy?
A: Spending time with my friends and family makes me happy. Being together to share laughter, humility and advice to move on in this crazy world that's out there. |
