Dean Lupini (MASc), owner/operator of Key Logic Software Solutions, specializes in 3D graphic applications. He is an active member of the community and serves as an executive member of the Young Professionals Association. He is described by his peers as "the go-to guy" when someone needs a hand.

Q: What motivates you?
A: Learning and experiencing new things are my biggest motivators. This applies to school, work, hobbies and my social life. I've always worked toward accomplishments that are out of my comfort zone, and I feel a sense of achievement from the knowledge gained.

Q: If you could meet anyone in the world who would it be?
A: Leonardo da Vinci is the person I would want to meet. I am astonished by the diversity of his talents.

Q: What do you enjoy about living in Northern Ontario?
A: I like running into people I know, and being able to get a lot of things done in one day.

Q: What did you want to be when you grew up?
A: I always wanted to own a business, although I don't think I took an interest to math or computers until later years. I'm pretty sure the nature of my business depended on the day or the movie I had just watched.

Q: What makes you happy?
A: At the end of the day, I am happy if it was time well spent.
